1. Company information

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website solarasmart.com and the services provided by Costa Prime Real Estate SL (trading as Solara Smart), a company registered in Spain under NIF B22822803, with registered address at Avenida de los Limones 15, 03501 Benidorm, Alicante. By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Solara Smart provides smart home installation, security systems, Wi-Fi networks, remote access solutions and related technical services for residential properties on the Costa Blanca, Spain.

All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal provided to the client prior to installation. The scope, price and timeline of each project are defined in that agreement.

3. Quotations and pricing

All prices quoted are in Euros (€) and include Spanish VAT (IVA) where applicable unless otherwise stated. A free initial consultation is provided with no obligation.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary depending on property size, technical requirements and hardware availability.

4. Payment terms

Payment terms are specified in the individual project agreement. Typically a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept bank transfer and other methods as agreed. Late payments may incur interest as permitted under Spanish commercial law.

5. Installation and warranty

All installations are carried out by qualified professionals. We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on all installation work. Hardware warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, power surges, flooding or other events outside our control.

6. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the property and its requirements
• Ensuring access to the property at agreed times
• Obtaining any necessary permissions from landlords, communities of owners (comunidades) or local authorities
• Using installed systems in accordance with the instructions provided

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law, Costa Prime Real Estate SL shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or failure of installed systems. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Clients may cancel a booked installation with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee as specified in the project agreement. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

9. Intellectual property

All content on solarasmart.com, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Costa Prime Real Estate SL and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain.

11. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
