Solara Smart was started by a small team based in and around Finestrat and Benidorm — people who saw the same frustration again and again: international property owners who loved their Costa Blanca home but had no reliable, English-speaking local to call when something needed fixing or setting up.
We combined backgrounds in IT, home automation and property services to build something that didn't exist here yet: a professional, multi-language smart home and security service built specifically for the foreign owner market on the Costa Blanca Norte.
